Privacy Policy
How we handle information when you visit, get in touch, or support the ministry.
Effective November 7, 2026Moedim Made Easy ("we," "us," or "our") provides Scripture-based resources to help families celebrate God's appointed times. This policy describes information handled through moedim.me, including its contact forms, embedded media, and giving links. Third-party services and the mobile app may also provide their own privacy notices.
1. Information we receive
When you contact us: Our contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, and message. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive personal details or payment information in a message.
When you give: Donations are handled through Subsplash Giving and its payment providers. They collect the contact, donation, and payment information needed to process your gift. We receive donor and transaction information to administer gifts, keep records, and communicate with donors. Enter payment details only in the giving service, not in our contact form.
When you browse or watch: Hosting and embedded-media services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages or media requested, and the date and time of access. Cookies or similar technologies may support site operation, security, preferences, and media playback.
2. How information is used and shared
We use information to respond to messages, provide requested help, administer donations and related records, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable obligations. Information may be available to people authorized to carry out those ministry tasks and to service providers supporting them. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or safety concerns.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not added a separate mailing-list service, analytics tool, or advertising tool beyond the website platform and embedded services described here. Those providers may handle information under their own notices and settings.
3. Services, cookies, and outside links
Subsplash and SnapPages provide the website platform, forms, media, and giving services. Vimeo provides embedded video. Loading or using these features may connect your browser to those services. Review the Subsplash Privacy Policy and Vimeo privacy notices for their practices.
Our site also links to resources such as YouTube, social networks, Canva, Amazon, Google documents, recipes, and app stores. When you open an outside link, that service's policies apply. We do not control how those services handle information.
You can manage cookies through your browser and use any privacy controls offered by the relevant provider. Blocking cookies or embedded content may prevent some videos, forms, or other features from working.
4. Your choices and requests
You can browse the free resources without submitting a contact form or making a donation. To ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email contact@moedim.me. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable law and recordkeeping obligations may limit what we can delete. For payment-account or provider-held information, the provider may also need to help.
5. Retention and security
We retain personal information for the purposes described here, including responding to requests and maintaining donation or other records required by applicable obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on the type of information and the reason it is held. We use the platform's available safeguards and restrict ministry access to those who need it for their work. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Children and family resources
Our family resources are intended for use with a parent or guardian. Children should not submit personal information or make donations without an adult's involvement. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our site, contact us so we can review and address it.
7. Updates to this policy
When this policy changes, we will post the revised version here and update its effective or revision date.
